Yes‚ the traveller doesn’t need to be the booker. No proof of payment method is required at check-in. Our website transactions go through a 3D Secure process and no further credit card verification needed.
Our website fares are Economy - Bag or Economy - No Bag as well as Premium. Simply choose the fare brand that suits your travel needs.
We don’t charge any penalty or admin fees for cancellations‚ flight changes or name changes made more than 24 hours before departure.
You may have to cover a difference in fares for changed flights. If the new flights are more expensive than your original journey‚ you’ll need to pay the difference. If the new booking is cheaper‚ we’ll refund the difference to your LIFT Wallet.
For any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight departure time‚ you’ll be charged a standard rebooking fee (as well as any difference in fare where applicable).
We don’t charge any penalty or admin fees for cancellations‚ flight changes or name changes made to a Premium fare‚ prior to departure.
You may have to cover a difference in fare for changed flights. If the new flights are more expensive than your original journey‚ you'll need to pay the fare difference.
Infants between 0 - 23 months (not yet two years of age) pay applicable airport taxes only. Children 2 - 11 years (not yet 12 years of age) pay 70% of the applicable adult base fare and normal airport taxes and VAT applies.
All fares are subject to availability at the time of booking and are displayed in detail on our website during the booking process.
The calendar during the date selection process will show you the lowest available fare for each date. If your dates are flexible‚ there’s also a fare display ribbon that can be used to compare available fares from one day to the next.
