Liability for loss‚ delay or damage to baggage shall be limited‚ insofar as Domestic Carriage is concerned‚ i.e. carriage wholly within the Republic of South Africa‚ to a limit of 20 (twenty) U.S. dollars per kilogram per checked baggage and hand baggage provided that if in accordance with applicable law different limits of liability are applicable such different limits shall apply.

• Prize is valid for LIFT flights only and not extras.
• Prize cannot be redeemed for LIFT Experience bookings.
• LIFT flights are subject to availability‚ terms and conditions.
• Prize is only valid for the period specified in the competition/agreement. If one is not specified then it is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Prize is not transferable to another person.
• Prize is not exchangeable for cash.
• Prize holders will be liable for the difference in fare (if applicable) should any change be made after the original booking request has been confirmed.
