Price and Acceptance

• Quotes are valid for 24 hours only‚ for departures within 4 (four) weeks
• Quotes are valid for 48 hours only‚ for departures outside of 4 (four) weeks
• Once the quote is accepted‚ a provisional booking will be made‚ but will only be confirmed once a 30% deposit has been received by the Groups Department.

Payments

We can accept payment by debit/credit card or online Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our nominated bank account.

• At time of booking‚ a 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• The balance is payable no later than 4 (four) weeks prior to departure.
• For Bookings made within 4 (four) weeks of departure‚ immediate full payment is required.

Passenger Names

• Full passenger details are to be supplied no later than 4 (four) weeks prior to departure.
• If groups are booked within 4 (four)weeks prior to departure‚ then full passenger names are required at time of booking. Changes can be made after this subject to T&C's.

Flight Change and Cancellations

To change or cancel your group booking(s)‚ please email our Groups Department on groups@lift.co.za

Changes

• Changes made outside of 48 hours prior to departure will not incur any penalty fees‚ however difference in fare will apply (if applicable)
• Changes made within 48 hours of departure will incur a R250 penalty fee per person. A difference in fare may also apply.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 4 (four) weeks or more prior to departure‚ the 30% deposit is refundable to the agent/customer LIFT wallet to be utilized for future bookings
• Cancellations made between 1 (one) and 4 (four) weeks prior to travel date will receive a 100% refund made into the agent/customer LIFT wallet for future use.
• Cancellations made within 1 (one) week of travel will incur a R250 penalty fee per person and the balance of the funds will be transferred into the agent/customer LIFT wallet for future use.
• Unlimited name changes allowed if made outside of 48 hours prior to departure. Name change requested within 48 hours of departure will be charged at R250 per person.

Baggage

One piece of hand luggage weighing up to 7kg plus one small personal bag or slimline laptop bag is allowed per person.

• If the Economy-no bag option is selected‚ the passenger will not be entitled to checked baggage‚ unless purchased separately.
• If the Economy-bag option is selected‚ each passenger is entitled to one free checked bag weighing up to 23kg.
